Alexander van den Bosch has more than 15 years of experience in European public affairs. Before joining the House of Dutch Provinces in April 2018 as a senior European adviser, Alexander held various positions; he was the director of the European Association of Inland Ports, EU representative for the Province of Zuid-Holland and assistant/policy officer in the European Parliament. He studied at the College of Europe in Bruges, the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and the Thorbecke Academy, School for public administration in Leeuwarden. Besides his mother tongue Dutch, he speaks English, French, German and Polish. As a lobby coordinator, Alexander is responsible for the priorities regional policy, agricultural policy and energy- and climate policy and together with the HNP colleagues, prepares, executes and coordinates the EU lobby.
