Nieuwe detacheringmogelijkheden bij de Europese Commissie
Er staan nieuwe vacatures open voor detachering bij de Europese Commissie als nationaal expert.
Vacatures open voor nationale experts (END’ers)
De Europese Commissie heeft recent nieuwe vacatures gepubliceerd voor detachering van nationale experts. Deze functies bieden Nederlandse overheidsmedewerkers de kans om tijdelijk werkzaam te zijn binnen verschillende Directoraten-Generaal (DG’s) van de Commissie of, in enkele gevallen, bij andere Europese instellingen.
Wat houdt een detachering als nationaal expert in?
Als nationaal expert werk je twee tot drie jaar mee aan Europees beleid, wetgeving of uitvoerende taken. Je blijft in dienst van je huidige overheidsorganisatie, die verantwoordelijk is voor de loondoorbetaling. In de meeste gevallen ontvang je daarnaast een dagelijkse toelage van de Europese Commissie.

Procedure
Geïnteresseerd? Bespreek dan eerst de mogelijkheden met je werkgever, die instemt met de detachering en zorgdraagt voor loondoorbetaling. De sollicitatie verloopt vervolgens via de Permanente Vertegenwoordiging van Nederland bij de EU (PV EU). Directe sollicitaties bij de Commissie worden niet in behandeling genomen.
